Released 6/9/2007

    Automatic update feature -- at startup checks a version file on the empire web server and if it doesn't match, automatically downloads the latest version.
    Added POST/MAIL commands.
    Added "server" and "port" options at startup to select connection.
    Maven build now, with Maven style versioning.
    Many display and formatting fixes.
