This update has been a long time coming...

    The build has been converted to use Maven (reflected in the new version numbering scheme).
    Converted to EJB3 persistence architecture using Hibernate JPA.
    Hopefully the SQL schema is complete and won't require any more updates.
    Added MAILDELETE, MAILINFO, MAILGET and MAILSEND.
    Upgraded to Derby 10.2.2.0
    Many fixes to existing commands.
